Our location in Lake County, Illinois currently has an opportunity for a Senior Director, US Services within our Diagnostics division.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Senior Director, US Services within our Diagnostics division leads the US Area Service organization and has responsibility to develop service strategies across the US to deliver a unique service experience to the customer base. This leader will be responsible for managing administration and planning of sales and services contracts and commercial logistics, act as liaison center between sales and customers and answers queries on both stock and shipment of orders. The incumbent will have a high-level of experience in the management of sales and service administration function.
The Senior Director, US Services may be responsible for the following activities:
Manages sales contracts, maintenance agreements and commercial logistics.
Liaison center between sales and customers, answer queries on banking related products and services.
Develops and formulates policies.
Cultivates relationships with internal and external customers and develop strong networks throughout the company and industry
Monitors Customer Service P&L and recommend actions for productivity and revenue improvement
Ensures adherence to compliance standards, guidelines, and regulations. Responsible for providing unique and differentiated customer experience and driving customer loyalty. Also responsible for achieving reference-ability and retaining base business
Plans and monitors the US Area Customer Service budget and capital expenditure according plan
Acquires, inspires, and retains top talent to achieve a high level of competence; motivation and efficiency in order to secure sustainable profitability
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree such as MBA is preferred.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience required; 10 years strongly desired.
2 of which is in the healthcare industry
10 years leadership experience in Service function to include defining and tracking customer metrics; managing large complex organization; and knowledge of diagnostics customers and market dynamics.
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business results.
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment.
