What you’ll be doing...
The EHS Systems Support Consultant will be providing software implementation, administration and reporting support for a highly functional Environment, Health and Safety team.
Providing key software expertise associated with design, development and systems integration to expedite implementation of the Enablon platform.
Configuring and implementing enterprise-level software that provides scale, creates accountability and drives desired behaviors through: complex configurations of the Enablon platform, data migration and cleansing, development of custom APIs, along with report and dashboard building.
Optimizing EHS department tools and data collection mechanisms through quality administration and analysis.
Monitoring industry trends in EHS metrics, data collection, and reporting to continuously improve these processes.
Identifying strategies to best utilize technology and data to drive overall efficiency and effectiveness of EHS programs.
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience with SQL, Python and/or Cognos to mine, cleanse, analyze and migrate data.
Programming/scripting experience with VisualBasic, C++, .NET and/or the Enablon specific language: NABSIC.
A willingness to travel.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or mathematics.
Experience implementing enterprise level software, system integrations and web services.
Proficiency in MS office suite and Google suite.
Capacity to work independently and also as part of a cross-functional team.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop positive working relationships.
Understanding of EHS Topics in the context of IT applications.
Experience with EHS or quality management systems (ISO 45001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 9001).
Professional certification from a nationally recognized board.
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and lead change.
