Employee Health & Wellness at MSK provides quality clinical practice and administrative management of occupational health services. We provide vaccinations, medical surveillance, and consultative expertise to protect healthcare personnel, patients, and MSK. We also prevent, treat, and manage illnesses & injuries that are either caused by work or have an impact on an employee's ability to safely work. We serve our employees AND we serve the organization by focusing on prevention and management of work-related medical concerns. We are a multidisciplinary team of physicians/NPs/PAs/ Nurses and administrative staff working together to provide the best care possible to MSK employees.

Ensure patients are assisted in a timely and courteous manner by functioning as the primary contact for the department where you are responsible for monitoring the efficiency and fluidity of patient as well as clinician flow throughout the clinic session
Prepare/produce, collect, review and verify medical documents
Use your strong solution focused customer service and multi-tasking abilities to support a fast-paced clinical practice
Answer assigned phone lines and be first line of solution focused customer service for patients
Find ways to use technology and technical systems for continuous improvement of administrative processes
High School Diploma/GED plus two year of healthcare experience required
Associates Degree or Certified Vocational Training or Bachelors Degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
Advance knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Proficiency in using an electronic medical record system preferred #LI-Post
