Business Services Coordinator
Job Duties: -Human Resource Functions – Manage and process EHRA and SHRA personnel actions, PCFs, EPAFs,for all funding sources in the department. Track and assist with the Tenure and Promotion process.-Prepare personnel, financial reports and programmatic department reports for Chair and faculty to ensure ongoing efficient operation of the unit.-Financial Functions – Reconcile staff pro card statements; monitor all funding sources in the department, monthly budget meetings with the chair, maintain salary recovery and start up fund balances-Supervise and serve as Kronos SuperAdmin.Special Instructions To Application: Please ensure your full range of knowledge, skil
