HR Onboarding Specialist
Overview The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new employees and non-employees. Specific duties include facilitating and monitoring the onboarding process from offer acceptance to start date in adherence to standard work ensuring deadlines and new hire tasks are completed timely to ensure an on time start. Hours : 40 hours per week Shift : Day Responsibilities/Job Description Meets with all new hires (entry level positions to executive level) and coordinates and completes all required new hire paperwork and enrollment in applicable training and orientations, ensuring accuracy and confidential
