Landfill Manager - San Luis Valley Regional Solid Waste Authority Monte Vista, Colorado
Must have experience with local, state and federal regulatory guidelines, regarding landfill solid waste management and storm water management regulations. Must manage landfill operations in accordance with Board policies and CDPHE regulations. Must have good computer skills. Be able to manage landfill staff and have a good rapport with the Public, City and County, CDPHE and Federal agencies. Must have Equipment experience including maintenance and replacement schedules. Must be able to prepare written reports of a complex nature for regulatory agencies, contractors, landfill board and other professionals. Ability to calculate quarterly reports and annual budgets. Enforce safety and present safety meetings according to CDPHE requirements. Water and gas well testing and knowledge of surveying cells. Further information upon request.
Experience 3-6 years landfill experience.
Certificates MOLO (Manager of Landfill Operations
Class C Drivers License
