Manages and directs simulation activities for the college in accordance with policies and procedures. Collaborate with faculty to develop simulation scenarios to promote student learning, critical thinking, and clinical decision making. Creates and maintains a respectful and professional working environment, incorporating active learning, reflective thinking, and a confidential debriefing process. Ensures a safe and healthy work environment, complies with college health and safety policies, practices, and programs in keeping with occupational health & safety legislation and regulation. Maintains and ensures proper function of all simulation mannequins and other simulation and skills equipment, including an inventory of all simulation equipment. Maintains the lab inventory, ensures the safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials. This is a full-time, twelve-month faculty position.
