The Center Manager is based at the assigned EHS center and some travel within the multi-county area to centers is required. Work involves the responsibility of supervising teachers and overseeing all aspects of the child care center as outlined by Head Start, DHS Licensing, and Tennessee State University. Directly supervises teachers and is expected to maintain a cooperative attitude with all staff in the role of policy implementation, mentoring, advising, and training. Be familiar with all aspects of the Early Head Start program including the program plans and all program policies, EHS Work Plans and Procedures, and Head Start Performance Standards. Valid TN Driver License and reliable transportation required. Will be required to travel within a four county service area.
