Evaluation & Monitoring Specialist

Veritas Management Group (“VMG”) has an immediate opening for an experienced Public Health Analyst to provide policy and partnership support services to satisfy the overall public health operational objectives for the Division of Global Health Program and perform the following tasks:

Tasks:

• Coordinate implementation of regional project activities across the branches in the DGHP to include:

1. Maintain awareness of the status of the activities proposed in the regional projects by recording the status of DGHP regional project activities once per
2. Assist in sharing information on the status of regional project activities between DGHP branches by holding two ‘Regional Project Working Group’ meetings per month that include POCs from the DGHP OD and branches.
3. Support the DGHP OD to organize and facilitate updates to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and DGHP Director on the status of regional project activity implementation every-other-month.

• Develop, execute, and report on a process evaluation and key performance indicators to include:

1. Identify key performance indicators for regional project Provide monthly reports on performance indicators and provide an accompanying narrative of activities contributing to achieved indicators.
2. Develop a monitoring and evaluation plan that includes the key performance indicators, program evaluation purpose, identification of key stakeholders, evaluation question(s), data collection tools and strategy, data analysis methods, and plan for dissemination of
3. Conduct key performance indicator data collection monthly and conduct analysis for the evaluation, for regional workshops, for the final report
   • Develop collection data tool in Microsoft Excel based form and/or other Microsoft Word processing document to capture results of indicators identified in the M&E plan
   • Draft evaluation report of findings for dissemination to key stakeholders.
