Corporate Property Services provides full range of office administration and facilities services to their local premises.
Purpose of your role
To provide full range of office facilities management service and ensure all facilities are compliance with government regulations, environmental, health and safety standard.
Provide full range of office facility management services
Oversee office facilities such as but is not limited to Security Systems, UPS, air- conditioning, lighting, power generator
Liaise with Building Management for all building related maintenance service
Ensure all facilities are in compliance with government regulations & Environmental, Health & Safety standards
Review and assess the vendor performance
Knowledge on procurement process for all office facilities related contracts
Plan and oversee office renovation, office moving and advising on off-shore facilities
Oversee the mailroom operations and ensure all client statements and contract notes are issued in complying the regulatory time frame
Experience and Qualifications Required
Degree in electrical /mechanical / engineering background is an advantage but not a must. Property management or facility management qualification is preferred.
Minimum 5 year experience in planning and maintenance program methodology covering equipment such as UPS, air- conditioning, lighting, power generator in Banking and Finance field is preferred but not a must.
Software competency, MS Office
Good communication skill in both English and Chinese Able to work independently and exhibit a superior customer
