The Occupational Health Technician will be responsible for facilitating and/or coordinating pre-employment testing in addition to performing administrative functions such as preparation of correspondence, file management, filing, report generation, spreadsheets and graphs. Position will also be responsible for managing phone volume by triaging calls to the appropriate level of response while providing excellent customer service and representing the Occupational Health department. Administratively supports annual regulatory compliance activities, schedules appointments and assists Occupational Health Coordinator in performing various OH functions (screening documentation, drug testing, N95 mask fit testing, etc.). Will be tasked with other assignments to meet the demans/expectations of the clinic, or needs of the RN Occupational Health Coordinator that may be moderately complex at times. What You Bring/Job Requirements In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: Minimum Experience Requirements
4 years or greater of advanced secretarial, or 1 year or greater of Business Support or office management experience in a clinic setting
Ability to speak, read and write the English language
Must have advanced word-processing skills, excel, spreadsheets, graphs; power point or similar software, etc.
Demonstrates proficiency with standard office equipment and software programs. Education Requirement High School Diploma or FED Two years of business college or comparable secretarial training, preferred.
