Part-Time COVID-19 Testing Site Staff

Department AUDITORIUM (BA-AUTM-IUBLA) Department Information IU Event Services, a department of IU Auditorium, is Bloomington's leading provider of guest services staffing. Job Summary Testing Site Staff are responsible for directing patrons, checking-in patrons, communicating testing details, distributing testing materials, and collecting completed testing samples at testing sites on the IUB campus. Testing Site Staff help with a variety of activities, including Mitigation Testing, Arrival Testing, Flu Shot Clinics, and more. Staff report to the Site Manager. Training and personal protective equipment, including gloves, masks, and cleaning materials are provided. Staff are required to follow safety procedures that have been reviewed by campus safety officials. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information with team members and patrons. Ability to diligently follow distribution, collection, and packaging procedures set by IU Environmental Health and Safety. Ability to learn the testing process, each staff position, and approved student/staff exceptions. Ability to work a minimum of two shifts each week. Work Location Bloomington, Indiana Advertised Salary $12.00 per hour. Work Hours Shift times vary, up to 29 hours per week.
