Bachelor's degree with 7+ years relevant general management experience is required.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for and demonstrated knowledge of environmental sustainability. Evidence of excellence in a mission-driven, environmentally-focused setting and of accomplishment within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. S/he will have a proven record of excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with MBA constituents and the management and operation of academic programs within a research environment a plus. The candidate must be self-motivated and creative, as well as adept at managing up, building collaborative relationships throughout the organization, and driving multi-stakeholder processes forward amidst competing priorities. Ability to perform all levels of work from strategy to directly managing events. Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating a team. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
