Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for associates during onboarding and through the life cycle of employment.
Provides onboarding assessment of health and continues through the life cycle of employment.
Evaluates health status and work related injury and illness.
Provides treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being either directly to the associate or indirectly through consultation with, delegation to supervision or teaching of others.
Provides and manages the required physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirement; such as OSHA, CDC, DOL, and EEOC-ADA.
Assists with the accident investigation safety program.
Manages the temporary alternative work program.
Maintains OSHA records with Manager.
Maintains HIPPA compliance.
Orders necessary supplies.
Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abides by service behavior standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.

Education Required :
Bachelorï¿½s Degree ï¿½ Nursing
4 years of hospital/clinic nursing experience
Certification, Registration, Licenses
Current State of Colorado Registered Nurse License
Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification
Certification, Occupational Health
Certification, Certified Case Management
Two (2) years of ambulatory and/or hospital nursing experience.
Two (2) yearsï¿½ experience in Occupational Health, Workmanï¿½s Compensation, disability management, safety, and infection prevention.
Knowledge of OSHA, Center for Disease Control (CDC), Substance Abuse testing standards, Workmanï¿½s Compensation Law, and ADA-EEOC.
