Manages daily clinical operations of ambulatory departments to ensure alignment with specialty department and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities Executes specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Manages clinic staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements. Adheres to departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems, equipment, and supplies purchases; monitors usage and oversees proper working order and stock supplies. Drives and is accountable for adherence and improvement to quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physician leadership, and other departments.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Required Certification/Licensure: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
Minimum Experience: 3 years of nursing experience. 1 year of supervisory experience.
