RN Director of Occupational Health Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 Full Time, Day Shift
Job Description: The primary role of the RN Director is to achieve the JHACH mission by leading Occupational Health in promoting health, safety and well-being for all employees. The director collaborates closely with JHACH leadership to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives, while providing high-level customer service and an everlasting positive impression on the employee experience. S/he works closely with the Johns Hopkins Wellness team in developing common and consistent processes and practices. The director also works closely with Occupational Health leadership in developing common practices and integrated workflows and protocols based on system-level guidance.
Hours and Location:
Work Location: St. Petersburg, FL Work Hours: 8am-5pm
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing • Current FL Registered Nurse License • BLS, AHA • 5 years of experience in management of Occupational Health or Employee Wellness • Experience working with executive leadership and key stakeholders throughout a complex business environment
