Provides management of daily operations and maintains department budgets.
Manages the recruitment, retention, training, and competence of staff and analysts. Ensures the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, frequency, level-of-detail of staff work product.
Builds and maintains relationships across multiple disciplines to achieve common goals.
Responsible for campus operational budgets, equipment acquisition, metric reviews.
Executes clinical excellence for both adult tertiary and pediatric campuses.
Enforces regulatory compliance at the campus level.
Directs, mentors people and responsible for staffing models both adult and children's hospitals.
Ensures metrics are communicated and met.
Pediatric Hospital expertise.
Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
What You Will Need:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelorâ™s Degree in Respiratory Therapy
Two (2) yearsâ™ management level experience at multi-campus level
Four (4) yearsâ™ Respiratory experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Masterâ™s Degree in Business or Health Administration
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
State of Florida licensure in Respiratory
BLS, ACLS, PALS
