Manages the operation of the Inova Occupational Health Department. Leads and coordinates key functional services to support department objectives and organizational goals. Integrates programs with other Inova departments and services as necessary. Manages department finances, including budgeting and control of salary and non-salary expenses. Manages professional and clerical staff, including day-to-day supervision, employee relations, and staff development Maintains effective and responsive relationships with employees, medical staff, other departments and customers Recommends opportunties to expand the portfolio of services offered to clients, identifies potential revenue and costs (fixed and variable) for implementation and develops pricing strategies for contractors and clients.
