Inova Occupational Health is seeking confident and reliable professionals with a focus on customer experience excellence. Candidates will have a proven ability to use critical thinking strategies to problem solve, transform customer experiences, and create successful outcomes. Flexibility and attention to detail, along with highly effective communication skills are required to navigate success.
Completes initial assessment and evaluation of new patients and provides ongoing monitoring of patient's medical condition and provides treatment. Orders prescription medications and diagnostic procedures and authorizes and coordinates all specialty and ancillary services. Provides in-service staff development and clinical teaching of trainees rotating through Medical practice. Maintains a consultative relationship with nurses, social workers, staff clinic nurse, rehab staff etc. Participates in the development of such programs as preventive health screening, immunization program, professional community outreach, quality assurance, etc .
