Site Manager – West Memphis, AR (1900761)
The Site Manager is a significant member of the Dispersions and Resins (EDN) Leadership Team partnering with global business colleagues and support organizations across BASF North America, fulfilling the mission of the business and sites, attaining outstanding customer satisfaction while accomplishing operational excellence.
The Site Manager provides exemplary leadership and direction, focused on all site functions including leadership of a significant range of activities encompassing EHS, Operations, Maintenance, New Product Introduction, Operational Excellence, Process Engineering, and capital projects required to impact EDN growth plans. In addition, the role ensures that processes and activities are in compliance with BASF policies, regulations and our guiding principles and core values for safety, quality, environmental, and financial stewardship.
Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Proactively identifying and effectively managing operational risks including EHS, regulatory, community interaction, quality, cost, equipment optimization, and reliability
Developing and implementing a well-planned budget, enriching business performance and profitability with impactful objectives, talent management plans, inventory management efficiencies, and capital plans in alignment with the strategic objectives of the businesses supplied by the Wyandotte Dispersions and Resins plant
Designing and executing manufacturing and asset strategies, guaranteeing successful alignment of assets with business strategies with commitment that technology transfers are issue-free, product availability is reliable and flexible and asset utilization is maximized
