In your role of Global Controller, you will follow all environment, health and safety related precautions through the promotion of "We never compromise on safety". Remaining in compliance of EHS and Information protection company and global standards, you will insure business related information and documents will be protected against misuse or loss. Through your compliance and adherence to the Code of Conduct, you will actively represent BASF Group interests and act as a role model with regards to Compliance and Code of conduct, ensure adherence to legal regulations and the company's internal guidelines as well CORE values and principles.

Formula for Success
Leveraging your education in Business Administration, or a Bachelor's Degree in another discipline with relevant experience, you will define the mid-term operational planning process, prepare budget timelines, develop templates, and own deliverables. You will additionally develop fixed cost reports and budgets, ensure cost center leaders are not overspending, provide receivables reporting, and ensure controls are in place.
Your experience with Global Oilfield Chemicals will be essential as you collect, report and challenge data for respective SBU and coordinate the FRC process.
A cting with entrepreneurial drive you be responsible for leading monthly Forecasting for Global Oilfield and North America Mining business.
Y our strong leadership and developmental skills will be vital as you lead and develop personnel, participate in the talent review process, and define development measures for employees.
Using your robust business acumen, you will be responsible for negotiating transfer price conditions with supplying units.
Utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will conduct analyses and presentations on SBU / G-EVG level.
Demonstrating a detail orientated and strong analytical skillset, you will support BU wide projects such as Capex Evaluations and reporting platform development (Tableau) as well as analyze income statement and supplemental data. Knowledge of SAP, business warehouse, and Tabelau will be considered an asset.
