We are seeking a professional like you to collaborate with our Texas/ West Regional Service Center to develop scopes and provide general support in several key areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your experience working on projects as an I/E Engineering Lead, knowledge of networking and interaction between DCS, SCADA, PIMS, and IS systems, and working knowledge of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). You will also display your results orientation, strong implementation and communication skills (written and verbal), and ability to influence others to achieve results in the absence of a direct reporting relationship. In addition, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge of industrial electrical distribution, arc flash evaluations, area classification, and National Electric Code and industry best practices.
This role will require travel up to 25% of the time.

Formula for Success
Leveraging your educational background, your technical professional experience in electrical, automation and controls, and basic familiarity with purchasing, accounting and construction practices related to I&EC, you will manage I&EC design functions for capital and maintenance projects including the development of the detailed design documentation necessary for complete definition and execution of the IE&C scope.
Your solid understanding of electrical and instrument equipment and plant manufacturing processes will be a valued asset as you manage and deliver the required detailed design drawings, specifications and documents to assure the proper work definition and results are achieved.
Your strong commitment to workplace safety will be essential as you drive compliance with all environmental, safety and health (EHS) requirements.
Relying your prior background in managing site instrumentation and automation documentation, you will be accountable for assuring the oversight for management of the ProjectWise drawing system, InTools instrumentation database, AutoCad software, and SIS systems documentation.
Through your strong technical competencies and experience in process safety, you will play a key role in engineering design and EHS reviews for capital projects, as well as provide overall management of the site's Process Safety Information (PSI) for IE&C documentation.
Utilizing your years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering in a chemical plant, you will deliver troubleshooting support and recommendations to operations and maintenance on equipment repair/reliability, including emergency work reviews.
Your ability to work in a diverse team environment will be essential as you work closely with mechanics, operators, engineers, management, and global teams to solve problems and address systemic issues related to equipment reliability.
Your robust problem-solving ability will serve you well as you systematically troubleshoot issues related to IE&C components and develop suitable solutions.
