Leader in Health, Safety, and Environmental professional services is seeking an Employee Health Services Physician to provide a comprehensive approach to disease prevention and treatment with integration of workplace factors at a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing site three to five days per week.

Key Objectives:

1. Excellence in employee ambulatory care
2. Possess collaborative skills with internal and external customers
3. Knowledge of interaction of personal medical condition and workplace needs
4. Ability to assess occupational disorders and integrate company resources to assist the employee with workplace needs
5. Ability to interpret and evaluate exposure assessments
6. Knowledge of ergonomic, chemical, and biological factors affecting health in the workplace
7. Support compliance activities such as the ADA, HIPAA, OSHA regulations, Workman's compensation programs and other regulatory programs
8. Provide consultation to clinic personnel.
9. Meet weekly, while at the site, with an integrated team including site management, safety representatives and trainers to discuss case management and workplace issues.

Our site is flexible to the providers schedule considering 3-5 day per week schedule to oversee the needs of site which operates Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.  Would require telephonic support occasionally for staff when provider not on site.
