The Planner/Scheduler for the engineering and FM department is responsible to coordinate vendor maintenance activities. In addition, the position will support EHS with process, procedures required for regulatory, and compliance. This is accomplished by developing annual maintenance schedules for vendors to minimize equipment impact and overlap with CMMs maintenance schedules adjacent with fiscal planned budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing Annual Maintenance Schedules for Engineering and FM vendors
Prioritizing work orders to be performed in a timely manner
Minimizes Equipment Downtime
End user notifications
Work with vendors to obtain quotes for PMs, and verify funds are available in the current budget.
Request and issue Purchase Orders.
Manage PM work orders in the CMMS to assure PMs are scheduled and PMs completed within the month due.
Work with vendors to obtain and review Service Reports for completed PMs.
Generate Corrective Maintenance work order(s) as applicable for deficiencies found during PM performance.
Participate in monthly vendor touchpoint meetings.
Provides reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with vendor.
Maintains files on work orders, proposals, and department files.
Other duties may be assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES EHS SUPPORT
Review, renew, & locate current inventory SDS utilized on site.
Weekly, Quarterly, Monthly, and annual process check of Refrigerants & Diesel tracking.
Review compliance training and schedule training for staff that are non-compliant or near expiration. (SPCC, Hazardous Waste Handling, Spill Kits, CEWR, and GWR).
Bulletins & Lessons Learned
Compliance Binders upkeep (Fire Alarms, Pre-action, Wet pipes, Fire Extinguishers, FM-200, Kitchen Hood, VESDA, Fire Hydrants, Eye Wash Stations, Grease Traps, Emergency Exit Lighting, Water Treatment).
Review, triage, follow up with assigned CISCO EH&S Action Items on Intelex (formerly C2P)

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required. Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
