MANAGER, BUSINESS SYSTEMS PARTNERSHIPS , Information Systems and Technology (IS&T)-Business Systems Partnerships-Facilities/EHS Team , to lead the development of projects and programs for the departments of Facilities and EHS and other identified customers. Will be responsible for leading business systems analysts on the team and serving as a partner to identified customers, building and maintaining relationships with a diverse client base, and building business cases to integrate client requirements into the organizational strategy.
REQUIRED : a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; a minimum of six years' relevant management experience; a minimum of five years' SAP experience, including Work Manager and Plant Maintenance modules; demonstrated experience working with third party SAP applications; demonstrated ability to launch and deliver one or more IT projects on time and within budget; and excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to partner with business leaders to identify cross-functional opportunities that integrate organizational and technological strategies; develop strong business cases for strategic initiatives by defining rationale, cost-benefits, and planning assumptions for proposals; determine capabilities of a team or function to maximize results.
