The Program Coordinator I shall be responsible for:
Handling full administration of the Observership Program.
Coordinating pre-acceptance and post-acceptance process for the Observership Program and Other Education Programs including: review process for prospective candidates, onboarding process for accepted observers including coordinating the Human Resources' and Occupational Health Services' mandatory clearance process.
Leading orientation sessions and tours; serve as an informational resource for observers.
Coordinating observer networking and professional events.
Assisting with continuously improving work processes.
Collaborating with Marketing to manage long-term network building with program alumni.
Providing program support as needed including assisting members of the team.
Assisting with the development of new educational programs and opportunities.
To qualify, you must have:
Associate's degree with one year of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.
Ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies.
