Centennial Water and Sanitation District is currently accepting applications for a Lead Instrument & Electronics Technician. Duties include setting work load and assignments, installation, calibration, maintenance, trouble shooting of equipment/instrumentation used in the collection, distribution storage and treatment of water and wastewater. This position will work with staff and other supervisory personnel to manage projects undertaken by both CWSD staff and outside contractors.
Minimum qualifications: valid Colorado Driver’s License, four (4) years’ experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, 480V electrical equipment. Experience using test/calibration equipment and the ability to read engineering drawings and specifications. High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. An AA degree or two-year electronic trade school certificate or ISA CCST certification is preferred. Equivalent training and/or experience will be considered and evaluated by CWSD. Ability to respond to CWSD facilities for emergency calls in approximately thirty (30) minutes
