Incumbents in this position are responsible for the daily operations of the city's wastewater treatment plant. Performs checks, maintenance, preventative maintenance, and housekeeping of the plant. Safely removes bio-solids as regulated by the DNR/EPA.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with wastewater treatment or collections systems, possess a Class B CDL or the ability to obtain one within 120 days of hire, and have a Wastewater Operator Class C certification or the ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
