This position requires a strong understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure and design. The successful candidate will execute consulting and design project success. Responsibilities will include design, layout and planning of pumping and piping systems. Assignments will also include preparation of construction plans and specifications, spreadsheet preparation, site development design, report writing, construction cost estimating and construction support services such as bid evaluations, plan clarifications, review shop drawings, and prepare operations and maintenance manuals. As a SME, you will provide assistance with start- up and troubleshooting of new and existing pumping systems. Strive to provide quality control and quality assurance. The work may at times involve short-term out-of-town assignments.
NOTE: Some work locations will feature the rough terrain typical of construction sites or require lifting or moving field testing equipment. Safety training will be provided prior to being given work assignments on these sites. Applicants may be asked to participate in a drug screening program at the request of specific clients.

B.S. in civil/environmental engineering
5+ years of related experience
Professional Engineer (PE) certified, or ability to obtain PE within one year
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office software, Computer Simulation Modeling
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Willingness to work cooperatively in a project team environment that encourages self-initiative
Demonstrated project organization and management skills
Flexible working style as required to meet deadlines and/or client needs
Acceptable driving record
Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
